What is Pre-sorted First Class Mail service? Everyday, we come to your site, pick up your mail, take it back to our facility, and commingle yours with other mail to presort by zip code so you get a discounted rate on postage.
Plus, you'll never have to lick envelops or fiddle with sticky stamps ever again! Just address them and we'll take it from there. Even if you're out of state, we can run sort schemes for your particular area.

2 Pennies Less than a First Class Stamp
Every letter that meets requirements for automated processing (scanned and barcode applied) receives our special rate of two-cents less than the standard single-piece postage rate. In other words, your one-ounce letter costs 39 cents, including pick-up, processing and postage.
Hand Process for Less Than a Nickel
Any letters, flats, small parcels and other mail that cannot be processed automatically or do not meet Postal Service regulations for automated discounts are hand-processed for just 4.5 cents plus standard postage per piece.
Free Pick-Up with 50 Piece Average
Customers that maintain a 50 piece per day average (based on 21 mailing days per month) get free Daily Mail Pick-Up. If your average slips below 50 pieces per day, you'll receive the same convenient service for just $2.50 per day until the average is reestablished.
Two Pick-Up Times in Metro Area
Customers in the Bend, Oregon area can choose either morning or afternoon pick-up. Customers outside this area are scheduled for afternoon pick-up only. All mail collected on our morning route is processed and mailed the same day. Afternoon mail (except for special Hot Mail) is processed and mailed the following day. Bend customers with large mail volumes may also schedule two pick-ups per day.
Bulk Mail
Bulk mail is a way to save money on postage by doing things that save the US Postal Service money. They pass some of those savings along to you by charging you lower postage prices.
The most common type of bulk mail is called "Standard Class," which used to be called "3rd Class." Most advertising mail, newsletters, etc. are sent via Standard Class. This class is an inexpensive way to mail a group of identical pieces, if you're not in any particular hurry since Standard Class mail is processed after First Class.
Each mailing at Standard Class prices must have at least 200 pieces. You can personalize them with unique names and addresses, but for the most part, the postcards need to be identical. You cannot send invoices, statements, or other individualized information using Standard Class.

Direct mail tip: Always remember that bigger is better. It's best to mail the biggest postcard you can afford. The only cost difference is the printing. Postage will be the same cost whether you mail a 4½ X 5 or jumbo postcard. That's because, in general, all pieces in the same tray or sack are charged the same price since all of these pieces are handled in the same way and travel the same distance. So get the larger size postcard since it has been proven to pull in higher response rates. Since postage is the most expensive part of a mailing, don't waste it by choosing the small size.

A drop ship is when we take a ready-to-mail package, verify it at the local post office, and truck it directly to the local post office in its destination area. This direct route bypasses the local post offices, postal hubs, and distribution centers that your mail would otherwise have to pass through via the regular mail system - which can take up to 10 days
or more!
By drop shipping through Corporate Outsource Solutions, your mail leaves your local post office and trucks directly to the post office at the final destination - for less postage. And, different from bulk mail, your priority drop shipment is required to be opened within 24 hours.
Print Indicia
Print indicia are postal markings imprinted on mail instead of writing or sticking a stamp on each letter. If you have large mailings, it costs less time and money if you have a print indicia. To get one, you'd need to go to the post office, open an account, pay a fee, and get a permit number that you include in the "indicia" box you print on your mail pieces.
When you mail through Corporate Outsource Solutions, you save time and money by "piggy-backing" on our print indicia at no charge. You pay for bulk mail postage but not for the time and cost it takes to get a print indicia. Since the indicia is not really postage, you can have it printed as part of the printing on your mail piece, just like your return address.
